Job summary

Loreburn Housing Association Limited is recruiting for its in-house repairs team in Dumfries. This full-time, permanent role focuses on reactive and void repairs, including DEICR, smoke alarms and emergency lighting, plus basic joinery, plastering and decorating tasks.

You will work flexibly over a 34-hour week across Dumfries & Galloway with travel to the East Area, reporting to the In-House Repairs Team Manager. A valid driving licence and Loreburn van will be provided.

Qualifications

• Currently qualified under IEE 18th Edition Regulations.
• Hold ACS Grade Card.
• Must hold a full clean valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Reactive and Void repairs and related maintenance tasks.
• Work across Dumfries & Galloway with a 34-hour week rota.
• Provide on-call support as part of the rota and respond to out-of-hours calls.
