Together Housing Group is seeking a qualified Electrician to join the Repairs & Maintenance team in the Calderdale area. The role covers electrical repairs across tenanted and vacant properties with a customer‑service driven approach.

Key requirements include NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installations, BS7671:2018 knowledge, 2391/2394, and a full UK driving license. The role operates on a 4 on/4 off pattern with a long‑term pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification required (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Knowledge of BS7671:2018 requirements for Electrical Installations.
• 2391/2394 Testing & Inspection.
• Full UK Manual driving licence.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Experience maximising number of jobs completed and repairs completed in one visit.

Responsabilités

• Carry out all types of Electrical repairs in tenanted and vacant properties as per job tickets and specifications.
• Aim to complete repairs in one visit with high workmanship standards.
• Organise work to minimise lost or non-productive time and reallocate workload as needed.
• Assist in handling peaks by overtime or standby/call-out rota.
• Diagnose and undertake repairs, seeking approvals for more complex jobs as required.
• Work to service specifications, standards, and safe procedures as part of a team.
