Job summary

Hatty Blue Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate reception and workplace experience contracts across London. You will drive service excellence, lead multi-site teams, and build strong client relationships to deliver superb customer experiences.

You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards while pursuing continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site workplace, reception, or facilities operations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and monitor profitability.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of workplace experience and reception services across London sites.
• Develop and coach Account Managers and Site Managers to meet objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring service excellence and compliance.
• Build trusted client relationships and conduct regular performance reviews.
