Job summary

HatHats Coffee Company Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team as we scale. You will build systems, processes and structure to support growth across our Kent sites and growing vending network, reporting to the founder.

You will lead a team of store managers, oversee labour and rota planning, ensure food safety and maintenance are managed, and drive the rollout of openings with a hands-on, practical approach to improvement across a dynamic

Qualifications

• Has run a multi-site hospitality operation.
• Comfortable managing a live estate with site-to-site nuances.
• Proactive in developing and implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each site opens daily and managers are aligned on expectations.
• Review trading data and design/implement processes to scale operations.
• Oversee in-house maintenance and ticketing hub, assign repairs and track progress.
• Manage maintenance engineers, prioritize equipment and calls, and coordinate with the founder on new site openings.
• Coordinate driver activities and shared on-call duties at weekends.
