Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd in Gateshead is seeking a Supported Living Manager (Multi-site) to oversee a cluster of services supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across Gateshead. This is an opportunity for an experienced Team Leader or Deputy Manager to progress into a broader operational role.

You will lead multiple services, ensure high standards of care and support, and help the people we support live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health & Social Care or working towards
• Willing to progress towards CQC Registered Manager status
• Significant experience in supported living, particularly learning disability and autism
• Knowledge of financial management
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; no visa sponsorship available for this role

Responsibilities

• Oversee a cluster of services supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across Gateshead
• Support the effective running of multiple services with teams to maintain high standards of care and support
• Enable people supported to live as independently as possible
