Walsingham Support is seeking a Supported Living Manager to oversee up to four services across Minsterley and Pontesbury. This hybrid management role requires roughly 50% office/admin duties and 50% on-shift support.

You will lead teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, ensuring services run safely and effectively. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supported living management or care leadership is desirable.
• Ability to oversee multiple services and travel between locations.
