Homes for Students, the UK's largest independent provider of Student Accommodation, seeks a General Manager for Causeway View & Spring Gardens in Aberdeen. 40 hours weekly, 9:00–17:30, Mon–Fri, to lead a thriving student community and deliver high service levels across sales, maintenance and housekeeping.

You'll drive the check-in/out cycle from September, support new students and manage issues with support from a regional team. Diverse growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
• Strong data presentation and analysis skills.
• Impeccable organisational abilities.
• Team player with the power to lead, inspire, and motivate.
• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (desirable but not essential).
• SCQF Level 6 Certificate in Property Agency (Lettings), or willing to work towards it with company training.

Responsabilités

• Lead, inspire and motivate the student living team across sales, maintenance and housekeeping.
• Embed Homes for Students’ core values and drive exceptional service.
• Oversee check-in/check-out and room turnaround processes from September.
• Support new students and manage customer or operational issues with the regional team.
