Job summary

TCFM is seeking a Site Support Manager to lead soft services operations across North West distribution centres, including managing multi-site teams and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.

You will drive service delivery in line with FM strategy, liaise with customers and partners, manage staffing and development, and maintain robust safety audits and KPI reporting across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in soft services FM or large-space cleaning environments.
• Ability to manage and develop teams and drive performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data-driven mindset focused on KPIs and service improvements.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile leadership and management of soft services FM across multiple sites.
• Lead large janitorial teams to deliver high hygiene, cleanliness and compliance.
• Deliver services aligned with FM strategy, SLAs and site charters.
• Interface between customers and service partners across sites.
• Ensure Health & Safety, hygiene, and COSHH compliance, audits and requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; use data to drive improvements.
• Support staffing, recruitment, training, and development.
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in colleague relations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and engagement.
• Manage FM projects with the Project Team; respond to emergencies.
