Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead our Soft Facilities Management division, overseeing cleaning, bulk waste collection and grounds maintenance across multiple sites. You will manage performance, budgets and health and safety compliance while coordinating recruitment and training for on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing soft FM services on multi-site contracts.
• Experience with budgets, financial control and P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership of dispersed frontline teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Full UK driving licence; IOSH Managing Safely advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments to maintain high standards.
• Ensure services meet contract specs, KPIs and safety plans.
• Lead on-site teams, recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Supervise cleaning, grounds and bulk waste teams across sites.
• Manage subcontractors ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor budgets and keep expenditure within limits.
• Drive continuous improvement and handle client feedback.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
