Job summary

14forty is seeking a highly visible Contract Manager to lead Cleaning, Security and Catering across three sites. You will be the hands-on operational lead, spending time with frontline teams to deliver exceptional service and drive continuous improvement.

You will coach Heads of Department, manage budgets and P&L, ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders across distribution, logistics or corporate environments.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site facilities management experience across distribution, logistics or corporate environments.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development of Heads of Department and frontline teams.
• Experience managing budgets, contract performance and KPI/SLAs.
• Willingness to travel between sites and hold a full UK driving licence, with H&S mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cleaning, Security and Catering operations across three sites.
• Act as the visible operational lead, supporting Heads of Department and frontline teams.
• Drive standards, compliance and best practice in cleaning operations.
• Identify innovations to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Coach and develop Heads of Department to build a high-performance culture.
• Ensure contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs and statutory compliance are met.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders as the trusted partner.
• Manage employee engagement, performance and succession planning.
• Own budgets, labour management and P&L performance.
