Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Contracted Multi-Site Security Officer to provide security across CEVA and GSF sites in the Midlands and surrounding areas. You will cover shifts with varied times (early, late, and overnight) and travel between sites, ensuring safety and high standards of service.

Job Title: Contracted Multi-Site Security Officer

Location: Multi-site role covering CEVAand GSF sites across the Midlands and surrounding areas

ContractedHours: Average of42 hours per week

ShiftPatterns: Shift timesand hours will vary – examples of shift times include: 06:00–18:00,18:00–06:00, 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00

Pay Rate: Paid at the applicable siterate for the site being covered

Mileage: Mileage is paid at 15p per mile after thefirst 20 miles of travel, in line with company policy

Overview

A new andexciting position has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced andflexible Security Officer to join our established team as a ContractedMulti-Site Security Officer.

This role is ideal for a reliable and adaptable individual who enjoys working across multiple locations while delivering high standards of security and customer service. You will be responsible for supporting a range of CEVA and GSF sites across the Midlands area, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, contractors, property and assets.

As a Contracted Multi-Site Security Officer, you will be allocated shifts across a variety of sites based on operational requirements. Where possible, shifts will be assigned to the nearest suitable location; however, you may also be required to support priority sites and provide additional operational cover across the wider portfolio when required.

You must beflexible and able to adapt quickly to each site’s individual requirements. Thisrole will include planned cover, holiday cover, sickness cover, short-noticecover and general site support across multiple assignments.

Site Locations Covered

This roleinvolves providing security support across a number of CEVA and GSF siteswithin the Midlands and surrounding areas. Sites may include, but are notlimited to, the locations listed below, and the successful candidate must beprepared to travel as required to support operational needs:

Site Allocation

Sites willbe allocated based on the needs of the business and the operationalrequirements of each site. Where possible, officers will be allocated to thenearest suitable site first.

However,due to the nature of this Contracted Multi-Site Security Officer role,allocations may change at short notice. This may include being moved from onesite to another to support sickness, absence, holiday cover, staff shortages orurgent operational requirements.

Priority Site Requirement

As part ofthis Contracted Multi-Site Security Officer role, there are three prioritysites that take operational precedence over all other locations:

• CEVA Doncaster – DN11 0BQ
• CEVA Kettering 2 – NN14 1UA

Due to theoperational importance of these sites, you may be reallocated at short noticeto support urgent cover requirements, including last-minute sickness, absence,staff shortages or other operational needs.

This mayinclude being moved from another allocated site, even if you have alreadyarrived at that site or commenced duties. Where a priority site requiresimmediate support, you will be required to transfer to that site as instructedby the operational management team.

Flexibilityand willingness to support these priority locations is an essential andcontracted requirement of this role. Priority sites will take precedence overall other site allocations where urgent cover is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Protecting the client’sproperty, people and assets by providing security services in line withsite Assignment Instructions and site-specific procedures.
• Carrying out regularpatrols and remaining vigilant at all times.
• Monitoring siteactivity and reporting any irregularities, incidents or concerns.
• Preventing loss, damageand unauthorised access by following company and client procedures.
• Escalating incidents ina timely and appropriate manner to the Control Room, Shift Manager,Operations Manager or Emergency Services where required.
• Completing accuratereports, including observations, occurrences, incident details andsurveillance activity.
• Supporting safe andsecure site operations across multiple client locations.
• Acting as the firstpoint of contact for customers, visitors, contractors and site personnel.
• Providing aprofessional, helpful and friendly service at all times.
• Respondingappropriately to customer queries, requests and operational needs.
• Maintainingprofessional conduct, appearance and standards across all sites.
• Supporting planned andshort-notice cover requirements across the wider portfolio.
• Being flexible to movebetween sites at short notice when instructed by the operationalmanagement team.
• Prioritising attendanceat designated priority sites where urgent cover is required.
• Supporting the widerteam by covering shifts where required and contributing to the smoothrunning of each assignment.

Requirements

• Essential: A valid Door Supervisor (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) SIAlicence .
• Essential: A valid UK drivinglicence and access to your ownvehicle.
• A full 5-year checkableemployment history.
• Previous securityexperience.
• Confidence in handlingconflict in a calm and professional manner.
• Flexibility to workacross different sites and shift patterns.
• The ability to travelto different site locations when required.
• The ability andwillingness to be reallocated to priority sites at short notice.
• A smart, well-groomedand professional appearance.
