Job summary

Rainbows Hospice is seeking a Cover Store Manager (Multi-Site) to lead across multiple locations in the East Midlands. You will guide store operations, support staff and volunteers, and help launch new shops and pop-up retail initiatives to raise funds for babies, children and families.

You’ll drive sales, maintain high standards, and foster excellent customer service while representing the Rainbows mission in local communities. This role is part-time with flexible site coverage.

Qualifications

• Retail management or supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams and volunteers.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the East Midlands.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of stores in the absence of a Store Manager.
• Inspire, support and develop staff and volunteers.
• Help launch new shops, pop-up stores and retail initiatives.
• Drive sales, standards and exceptional customer service.
• Create attractive, welcoming retail environments.
