• Strong administration and organisational skills.

• IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Organising and conducting candidate inductions.
• Gathering and processing worker registration packs.
• Creating and maintaining accurate worker profiles.
• Completing Right to Work (RTW) checks.
• Ensuring all worker documentation meets legal and compliance requirements.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment and compliance records.
• Liaising with candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Supporting the on-site team with daily recruitment activities.
• Managing a high volume of administration accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring all processes are completed in line with company policies and current legislation.
