Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Mobile Recruiter to join our busy team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role supporting warehouse/industrial and white-collar recruitment across our client portfolio, with regular travel to client sites.

You will source, screen, interview, induct and onboard candidates, complete compliance checks, and manage onboarding for 200+ candidates per week.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience recruiting warehouse/industrial and/or white-collar candidates.
• Experience completing recruitment compliance and onboarding.
• Good understanding of Right to Work requirements and recruitment compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential; travel to client sites may be required.

Working Pattern:Office and site-based – regular travel to client sites is required

Winner Recruitment is looking for an experienced

Mobile Recruiterto join our busy recruitment team based in Birmingham.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role supporting both

warehouse/industrial and white-collar recruitmentacross our client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, inducting, onboarding and completing compliance for candidates, while travelling to client sites as required by business needs.

This is a high-volume position where you will be expected to support the

recruitment, induction and onboarding of 200+ candidates per week. You must therefore be highly organised, confident working under pressure and able to maintain excellent accuracy and compliance standards while managing significant volumes.

Key Responsibilities

Managing high-volume recruitment for warehouse operatives and white-collar positions

Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, social media and other recruitment channels

Screening and shortlisting candidates against vacancy requirements

Conducting telephone, online and face-to-face interviews

Organising and delivering large-scale recruitment and induction sessions

Recruiting, inducting and onboarding

Completing Right to Work checks and ensuring all candidates meet eligibility requirements

Completing all required pre-employment and compliance checks

Collecting, reviewing and accurately recording candidate documentation

Preparing and issuing relevant recruitment and onboarding documentation

Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating internal recruitment systems

Ensuring all candidate and compliance information remains accurate and up to date

Supporting client sites with recruitment requirements as required

Travelling between Winner Recruitment offices and client sites according to business needs

Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements

Working to demanding recruitment deadlines, volumes and targets

Providing recruitment and operational support to the wider Winner Recruitment team

What We're Looking For

Previous recruitment experience is essential

Experience recruiting warehouse/industrial and/or white-collar candidates

Previous experience completing recruitment compliance and onboarding

Good understanding of

Right to Work requirements and recruitment compliance

Experience conducting candidate interviews, registrations and inductions

Ability to confidently manage

Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling candidate and compliance documentation

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Confident using recruitment databases, job boards, Microsoft Office and recruitment systems

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working in a busy, demanding and fast-paced environment

Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently

Flexible approach to working locations based on business requirements

Full UK driving licence is essential

Must be willing and able to travel to different client sites as required

What We Offer

£13.00 per hour

Monday to Friday working pattern

Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile when travelling for work outside of your designated home site
