Job summary

Penrose Health is seeking an on-site Operations Manager for the Patient Welcome Teams across multiple practices in London. You will own daily operations, ensuring welcoming, safe, and efficient patient experiences while supporting colleagues and site leadership.

You will lead teams, set clear standards, manage rotas, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with clinical and facilities teams to remove barriers and maintain high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Patient Welcome Teams across multiple sites.
• Manage rotas, workload, and daily workforce allocation to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee front-d desk and patient flow for consistent, high-quality service.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous service improvement.
• Act as on-site Health & Safety lead ensuring compliance and safe environments.
• Coordinate with Facilities and clinical teams to resolve issues promptly.
