Job summary

Spectrum Storage Group (Storebox and LOVESPACE) is recruiting a Multi-Site Manager for Middlesbrough & North East. You will oversee four sites, drive revenue growth, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and collaborate with other business areas.

You will ensure high standards, implement improvements, and manage daily operations, maintenance, and safety across sites, while supervising staff and coordinating with Head Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, facilities or store management.
• Highly organised and a natural self-starter.
• Valid driving license and be prepared to travel between sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of health & safety and security procedures.
• Working IT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations of multiple self-storage sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on site performance, revenue, and operational issues to management.
• Revenue Optimisation: Drive revenue through effective management, walk-in sales, insurance cross-sell, and retention.
• Debt management: Manage debtors 0-30 days, keeping write-offs to a minimum.
• Local reputation: Support marketing with local initiatives and drive 5-star reviews.
• Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance projects with contractors to uphold facility standards.
• Preventative maintenance: Plan and track preventative tasks in line with regulations.
• Site audits: Regularly audit sites for standards, safety and compliance.
