Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a proactive Multi-Site Manager for Deliveroo HOP, responsible for steering performance across a cluster of sites in the UK. You will lead cross-site teams, optimise operations, and ensure safety, stock integrity and cost controls while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, manage HR matters, and collaborate with internal partners to improve the operating model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of grocery experience.
• Strong track record in managing P&L and KPIs.
• Experience leading a team, including recruiting and training.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel between multiple locations in the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly work across your sites to maximise impact while ensuring compliance with company expectations.
• Lead and develop your site teams, including the Assistant Managers, to achieve objectives.
• Manage HR/ER cases and act as People Manager for staff.
• Recruit and onboard HOP team members within your remit.
• Drive KPI performance and minimise waste through stock control and audits.
• Ensure SOPs, Health & Safety and due diligence are consistently followed.
