Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Multi-Site Manager.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, hotels, events or customer-facing operations.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily running of multiple sites with high service standards.
• Lead, develop and support department managers and operational teams.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and workforce planning.
• Monitor budgets, costs and financial performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and guest experience.
