Job summary

Hyperion Partners, on behalf of a prestigious London-based property services group, seeks a Learning & Development and Quality Assurance Manager. You will shape Front of House training across a multi-site portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties.

Lead the Front of House Service Academy, design luxury training programmes, implement QA frameworks and drive a culture of service excellence aligned with five-star standards and guest experiences worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven L&D experience in five-star luxury hospitality.
• Experience designing and delivering luxury hospitality training.
• Strong understanding of five-star service standards and personalized guest experiences.
• Ability to develop digital learning materials and use LMS.
• Experience with audits and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish Front of House Service Academy and training pathways.
• Design and deliver training covering five-star standards and concierge services.
• Create a digital learning library with e-learning modules and videos.
• Develop service quality frameworks and conduct audits.
• Map customer journeys and improve resident/visitor experiences.
• Maintain consistent service standards across multi-site properties.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
