Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive the hotel's learning strategy, partner with leaders, and elevate service standards through impactful development initiatives.

You will lead onboarding, facilitate programmes for staff and managers, and design development plans that align with business objectives while supporting a culture of continuous learning and career progression in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or training within luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to facilitate trainings and coach employees and leaders across levels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills essential for partnership with department leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding programmes for the hotel.
• Deliver L&D programmes for staff, supervisors, and managers.
• Identify performance gaps with department leaders and design effective learning solutions.
• Support leadership development including onboarding and programmes.
• Maintain and develop the Department Trainer programme across the hotel.
