Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Multi-Site General Manager to lead operations at The Nene Centre, Rushden Splash and The Pemberton Centre. You will drive sales, ensure a safe, welcoming environment and maintain high standards across venues.

The role requires entrepreneurial flair, financial acumen and a passion for delivering excellent leisure experiences while engaging with the local community and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management.
Ability to lead and motivate a staff team and manage multiple priorities.
Commercial awareness translating into a financially viable operation.
Experience with IT systems and reporting, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Business & Sales Management – accountability for the Centre's business, budget and cost centre performance.
Drive sales, develop the business plan and lead teams to achieve KPIs.
Operational Management – lead teams to maintain high operational standards and records.
