Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Site General Manager to oversee Epsom, Ewell and surrounding South-West London/Surrey centres. Full-time role, you will lead diverse teams, drive KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality children's activities under our Whole of Child programming.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to grow the portfolio across CoEs, schools and leisure centres, with training and development as core. Own transport essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple sites (Epsom, Ewell and surrounding area) to deliver high-quality experiences for children.
• Grow and manage a portfolio of schools and leisure centres within the cluster.
• Drive KPIs, manage budgets, and optimise staff rostering and costs.
• Coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and local partners.
