Job summary

Ionic Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a kitchen refurbishment programme across Shropshire and surrounding areas. You will oversee works on multiple sites, coordinating subcontractors and on-site teams to deliver safely and to a high standard.

This hands-on role requires excellent organisation, communication with clients and stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on safety, quality and timely handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing refurbishment or construction projects, ideally kitchen refurbishments.
• Strong health and safety, quality and compliance focus.
• Excellent communication with customers, clients and stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee kitchen refurbishment works across multiple sites.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site-based teams.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, specification and quality requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across all sites.
• Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and progress.
• Manage site activities, resources and sequencing to minimise disruption and delays.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
• Ensure sites are kept safe, clean and well organised throughout the works.
