Job summary

Daniel Owen is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects in social housing stock, including occupied properties and voids. You will liaise with clients, residents, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Based in Telford/Shrewsbury area, the role requires strong organisational and safety expertise, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS required.
• First Aid at Work certification preferred.
• Asbestos Awareness and DBS checks are essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen and bathroom installation projects in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades to deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance on site.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings.
• Manage resources including labour, materials and plant to meet programme targets.
• Produce RAMS, daily site diaries and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme continuity.
