Job summary

Daniel Owen is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within occupied and void social housing stock. You will coordinate subcontractors, trades, and internal teams to deliver programmes on time, to budget, and to high safety standards.

Based in Telford/Shrewsbury area, the role offers a temporary contract with potential permanent opportunity; salary £250/day (CIS) plus van.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment.
Sound technical knowledge of building trades and installation processes.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen and bathroom installation projects within occupied and void social housing properties.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades to deliver programmes on time and within budget.
Uphold Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance on live sites.
Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings to monitor performance.
Manage resources including labour, materials and plant to achieve cost efficiency and targets.
Produce RAMS, daily site diaries and progress reports.
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme continuity.
