Job summary

Ionic Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a kitchen refurbishment programme across Shropshire and surrounding areas. You will oversee works on multiple sites, coordinating subcontractors and on-site teams to deliver safely and to a high standard.

This hands-on role requires excellent organisation, communication with clients and stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on safety, quality and timely handover.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing works across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to a high standard of quality and within the required programme. This is a hands‑on site management role requiring someone who is confident coordinating subcontractors, managing day-to-day site activities and maintaining excellent standards of customer care.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of managing refurbishment or construction projects, ideally with experience in kitchen refurbishment or similar residential works.
