Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is seeking an IT Trainer to become the go-to person for training across our multi-site offices. You will deliver IT training, create guides and videos, and maintain LMS content.

Regular travel between Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth and Chandler's Ford is required to support new starters and ongoing learning. You’ll work with the IT team and other departments to ensure staff have the right resources as systems change, with a hands-on training focus and strong

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training to staff across locations.
• Ability to administer and update LMS content and materials.
• Strong communication skills and classroom facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT training in person and remotely across multiple sites.
• Create and maintain user guides, guides, videos and learning resources.
• Develop quizzes and knowledge checks for learners.
• Upload and manage training materials in the LMS and keep content current.
• Collaborate with IT and departments to plan training for new systems.
• Support new technology rollouts with trainer-led inductions and UAT prep.
