Job summary

Formula 1 in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our IT department, reporting to the IT Support Manager, responsible for supporting IT hardware, software and telecommunications across sites including Biggin Hill, St James Market and the Event Technical Centre.

Ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft 365 and Azure AD knowledge, experience across IT devices, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Essential knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure Active Directory.
Experience with a wide range of IT and communication equipment.
Good customer service skills and understanding of IT service best practices.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support at all sites including Biggin Hill, St James Market, and the Event Technical Centre.
Review logged jobs, reassign when needed and keep tracking updated.
Liaise with users regarding issues, change requests and tasks—offering desk side and remote support.
Build, deploy and maintain IT hardware with up-to-date updates and drivers.
Support all C‑Suite staff, keeping stakeholders updated and escalating per IT policies.
Monitor IT systems and respond promptly when issues arise.
Act as escalation point for Service Desk with timely responses to escalated issues.
Keep departmental documentation up to date and log hardware accurately.
Follow the change management process for logging and approvals.
Produce and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure management.
