Job summary

Cloud Select is seeking an IT support professional to back world-class trackside IT operations. You’ll manage incidents, escalations, and requests while delivering SME guidance across teams and management in a high‑performance F1 environment.

Calendar-ready procedures include ITIL-aligned change management, cross‑vendor hardware support, and monitoring of cloud and storage services to improve reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior IT support role (2–3 years).
• Windows 10/11 and mobile OS support experience.
• Multi-vendor hardware build, deploy and break fix.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents, escalations and request tasks.
• Identify enhancements to trackside IT services.
• Provide SME guidance to trackside team and management.
• Champion change and drive service improvements.
