Job summary

ASC Connections is recruiting an HR Officer in Leicester to support growth across UK sites. The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations and driving HR initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• 2+ years experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience managing recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, professional approach with attention to detail.
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering/SME environment welcome.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day HR support across multiple sites.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Coordinating and managing onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Supporting delivery of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Assisting with workforce planning and talent attraction activities.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Collaborating with the HR Manager on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
