Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR agenda across Sainsbury's Transport at Hams Hall and Sainsburys Argos at Worcester (Shire Park).

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will guide employee relations, engagement and change while supporting operational success and wellbeing across sites. This role requires union engagement experience and pay negotiations, with core hours Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 and regular site travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR across multiple sites and complex ER matters.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and unions on engagement and negotiations.
• HR leadership with data-driven decision making and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a high-quality HR service across all sites to drive performance.
• Coach managers on employee relations, investigations, disciplinaries and legislation.
• Build stakeholder relationships with operational leaders, customers and union reps.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, recruitment and annual survey actions.
• Lead change and HR reporting, TUPE transfers and manage a direct report.
