Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Change Manager to support our Waitrose contract across UK locations including Milton Keynes, Leyland, Greenford or Reading. This is a full-time, 12-month secondment with standard hours and travel to sites as required.

You will work with the Snr HRBP and Snr Ops Director to deliver change initiatives, ensure stakeholder engagement, and drive the people strategy to mitigate risk and maximise employee engagement throughout the contract.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering change interventions in fast-paced environments.
• Strong HR generalist background with solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Ability to influence at all levels with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create stakeholder management and engagement plans with defined deliverables for change initiatives.
• Lead reorganisations, rationalisation and changes in terms and conditions.
• Liaise with external customers to keep them informed.
• Develop, deploy and communicate HR change projects and consultation plans.
• Assess change impact and organisational readiness to mitigate risk.
