Job summary

Our client in the Hospitality sector seeks an experienced HR Operations Business Partner to partner with operational leaders across multiple venues. You will support managers on people matters, drive learning and development, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and help cultivate an engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced HRBP or senior HR Advisor in Hospitality or multi-site retail.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; able to deliver L&D initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR partner for operational teams across hospitality venues.
• Coach managers on employee relations matters, policies and best practices.
• Manage a wide range of employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, flexible working, workplace conflict).
• Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Review and update HR policies in line with legislative changes.
• Identify learning needs and deliver training initiatives.
• Monitor people data and produce HR reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze trends to recommend improvements and ensure consistency.
• Support appraisal processes across management teams.
• Ensure HR records comply with GDPR.
• Lead and support HR projects aligned with people strategies.
• Respond to HR queries and contribute to People Team initiatives.
