Job summary

Blusource Recruitment is exclusively partnering with an established international organisation employing over 500 people across the UK to recruit an experienced HR Advisor. You’ll have autonomy to manage your workload, advise managers and shape how HR supports the business across 3–4 operational sites, with travel between locations.

The role offers a salary of £40,000–£46,000 plus car allowance, initially office-based in Nottinghamshire with increasing flexibility between office, home and site

Qualifications

• Extensive experience providing HR advice across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and case handling.
• Proven ability to coach and influence managers.
• Comfortable travelling between sites and working independently.
• HiBob experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR advice and support across 3–4 sites.
• Manage employee relations matters (discipline, grievances, absence, performance).
• Coach managers to build confidence and improve people management.
• Support development of HR policies, benefits, systems and processes (HiBob).
• Help implement people initiatives and improve employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the UK HR lead to deliver HR priorities.
