Job summary

Balfour Winery in Kent invites an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our winery restaurant, kitchen, guest dining spaces, and The Winemakers Pub in Goudhurst. This hands-on role requires weekend work and a flexible approach to service across multiple sites.

You will lead front-of-house teams, coordinate with the kitchen, maintain premium standards, and support recruitment, training, and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site hospitality operations across restaurant, pub and events.
• Strong front-of-house leadership with a focus on guest experience.
• Ability to collaborate with kitchen and management to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house teams across winery, restaurant and pub.
• Oversee dining service and daily operations.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen for smooth service.
• Ensure consistent guest experience across venues.
• Support recruitment, training and development of FOH staff.
• Assist with rota planning, stock control and reporting.
• Uphold premium brand standards in every interaction.
• Contribute to events and seasonal hospitality initiatives.
