Job summary

The Winemakers Pub at The Winemakers’ site in Goudhurst is seeking a waiter or waitress to join our welcoming bar and waiting team. You will greet guests, take orders and ensure high standards of service in a cosy, wine-focused environment.

We offer an hourly rate up to £12.71 plus TRONC, a 35% staff discount across Balfour sites and Wage Stream access with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Part of Balfour Winery and set in the nearby village of Goudhurst, The Winemaker’s Pub is our traditional local with wine at its heart. Rooted in English wine, British cooking and a strong sense of home, it sits alongside The Winemakers’ Kitchen and the Cellar Door as one of three ways to experience Balfour across the estate.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy looking after guests to join our bar and waiting team at The Winemakers Pub. With great food, four cosy bedrooms and a lively, welcoming atmosphere, we want team members who bring natural warmth, good energy and a real pride in quality service.
