Job summary

Leading Hospitality & Entertainment Group in Manchester is seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day finance function across multiple high-profile venues.

You will deliver monthly management accounts, manage budgeting and cash flow, and provide commercial insight to senior leadership and venue managers, shaping profitability as the group grows. The role offers direct exposure to the Finance Director and opportunities to develop finance systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong background in financial control and management accounts.
• Experience in hospitality or multi-site environments preferred.
• Ability to produce accurate monthly management accounts and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance across multiple venues with strong controls.
• Deliver monthly management accounts, balance-sheet integrity, and KPI analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Manage payroll processing and reconciliations; liaise with venue managers.
