Based at Red House Museum & Gardens, Christchurch and Rockbourne Roman Villa, Fordingbridge, you will oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and community programmes across both sites, ensuring welcoming visitor experiences and financial sustainability.

You'll manage volunteers and stakeholders, contribute to income generation, and present quarterly reports to local authorities.
