Job summary

English Heritage is seeking an experienced Volunteer Manager to lead and grow our diverse volunteer programme at the Stonehenge site. The role is full time (36 hours per week) and permanent, with flexible working arrangements where possible.

You will oversee recruitment, training, support, engagement, and recognition to deliver an exceptional visitor experience. You'll work closely with the Deputy Operations Manager - Site to design innovative volunteering opportunities, expand community
