Job summary

Vida Healthcare is looking for a reliable GP receptionist to join our team on a full or part-time basis. The role covers shifts between 8:00 and 18:30, with morning and afternoon blocks; hours discussed at interview.

The successful candidate will be assigned a main site but will work across multiple locations: Gayton Road Health Centre, St Augustines Surgery, Hunstanton Medical Practice, and Carole Brown Health Centre. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deal with patients calmly and accurately under pressure
• Effectively signpost patients to the correct service
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with patient information
• Provide telephone and face-to-face support for booking and managing appointments
• Assist patients with problems or complaints
• Participate in training for personal and professional development
