Reepham and Aylsham Medical Practice in Norfolk is seeking a part-time or full-time Receptionist/Call Handler who can deliver excellent customer service to our patient population across Reepham and Aylsham.

The role involves front-desk reception, handling calls, processing appointments, registrations and updates to medical records using our practice IT systems; applicants should be friendly, flexible and able to work at both sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk administration.
• Ability to work at two sites (Reepham & Aylsham).
• Experience of using practice IT systems and handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and in-person requests at reception.
• Process appointments, registrations, and updates to patient records.
• Distribute letters, reports and test results to patients.
• Signpost patients to appropriate services with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain security and cleanliness at reception areas and assist team as needed.
