Job summary

Allstaff is seeking a Facilities Team Leader for a Milton Keynes site. This full-time role is an initial 12-month contract with a view to permanent, offering a 37.5-hour week from 8:30am to 5pm and a salary range of £35,000 to £45,000.

You will lead on-site facilities teams, collaborate with the Operational team, manage building operations across multiple sites, and ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in a facilities or similar environment.
• Experience overseeing on-site facilities across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, compliance, and H&S requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Operational team to ensure efficient running of the workplace environment
• Lead on-site facilities teams, providing guidance and support
• Oversee day-to-day office and building operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all facilities services over multiple sites - both office and manufacturing.
• Support end-to-end procurement processes
• Maintain accurate facilities records, compliance documentation, reports, and asset information.
• Coordinate communication across facilities teams and contractors
• Promote and enforce health, safety, environmental, and security standards across all locations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Monitor office operations
• Act as the point of contact for facilities-related enquiries and issues
