Job summary

W Talent is recruiting an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across multiple commercial sites. Based at a site in Cambridgeshire with travel to other Midlands locations, you will manage maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement while delivering high standards of service.

You will lead a small facilities team, manage budgets, contractors, and health & safety, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant and efficient sites.

Job description

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across multiple commercial sites. You'll be based at a site in Cambridgeshire with some travel to other sites in the Midlands.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for maintenance, compliance, contractor management, health & safety, facilities projects and continuous improvement. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you will ensure sites remain safe, compliant and efficient while driving high standards of service delivery.
