Job summary

The Housing Executive is recruiting a Facilities Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of facility services across the office estate, including cleaning, security and waste management, with a focus on H&S compliance.

Based in Northern Ireland, the role requires strong planning, budgeting and contract management, plus the ability to coordinate across locations and liaise with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in facilities management discipline with at least two years’ experience managing facilities and accommodation.
• Or, exceptionally, four years’ relevant experience in managing facilities and accommodation.
• Experience in facilities management across a medium to large organisation with budgets, contracts and staff supervision.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and build productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility services within the office estate, including cleaning, security, waste management and H&S compliance.
• Supervise staff across services; specify and manage facilities contracts and budgets.
• Represent the organisation professionally and maintain productive working relationships.
