Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Assistant General Services Manager in Greater Belfast to oversee soft services across three client sites. You will coordinate cleaning, catering, security and other support services, driving compliance and service excellence.

Bring leadership, strong client relationships and experience in facilities management. A full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites are required. This full-time role is based in multi-site locations in Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities or soft services within FM
• Experience managing cleaning, catering and/or security operations
• Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Strong client relationship management experience
• Experience conducting operational audits and maintaining compliance standards
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation
• Experience using CAFM systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Full UK driving licence with ability to travel between sites

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of multiple client sites.
• Lead operational teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage cleaning, catering, security and other support services.
• Coordinate planned and reactive works with internal teams and contractors.
• Monitor KPIs, audits and compliance standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage staffing levels, resource planning and operational performance.
• Use CAFM systems and MS Office to manage work orders and reports.
• Support budget management and cost-saving initiatives
