Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Facilities Manager for a client in Southampton. The role oversees day-to-day facilities management, ensures safety compliance and manages the Total Facilities Management contract across two sites in Fareham and Southampton.

Key requirements include a full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle, experience in FM contracts, knowledge of CDM, FRA, and familiarity with CAFM and CEMAR systems.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle to cover two sites.
• Experience in facilities management contracts and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety at Work Act, building regs and CDM regulations.
• Familiarity with CAFM and cost/quality KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Total Facilities Management across sites to ensure buildings are maintained, safe and compliant.
• Manage third-party service delivery to meet quality standards and budget.
• Develop and implement processes to support site-level building custodians.
• Audit contractor works and ensure adherence to CDM and safety policies.
• Review lifecycle upgrade needs and coordinate with senior management on cost/timescales.
