Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a proactive Roving Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. You will travel between sites to ensure operations are safe, compliant, and efficiently run, managing service contracts and budgets while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong FM experience across multiple properties, robust risk management and HSE knowledge, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven FM experience across multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Experience with service charge budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to travel regularly across a broad geographic area.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in managing contractor performance.
• Solid understanding of statutory requirements in property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day FM operations across a multi-site portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental and statutory obligations.
• Lead risk management activities and mitigate operational risks.
• Conduct regular property inspections and audits.
• Manage service charge budgets, forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee contractors and service providers' performance.
• Develop relationships with clients, occupiers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance and reactive works.
• Investigate and resolve property-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
