• Three years' experience in facilities management and knowledge of managing agent responsibilities.
• Experience of FM services; good working knowledge of managing relationships between landlord and tenants within the commercial property sector.
• IOSH trained or equivalent health and safety training.

• Manage all hard and soft services across multiple sites with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Assist Senior Building Manager with supplier meetings and invoice validation for completed services.
• Oversee minor works and ensure daily safety and risk assessment tours are conducted.
