Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Site Services Manager for the UK & Ireland to lead facilities and maintenance across Distribution Centres, offices and hubs. You will drive uptime, safety, and compliance 24/7 while steering major engineering projects and CapEx initiatives to support growth.

You’ll work with Operations, Finance and EU Engineering to plan upgrades, run ROI analyses, and develop KPI-driven improvements. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ/HNC in engineering with management level 3 is preferred.
• Experience delivering engineering, automation and CapEx projects.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site facilities and maintenance across UK & Ireland.
• Own uptime, compliance and 24/7 operational reliability.
• Manage suppliers, tenders, contract performance and invoices.
• Lead engineering projects from end to end including CapEx.
• Plan equipment replacements and system improvements with ROI data.
• Develop and track maintenance KPIs and safety compliance.
• Oversee installation and integration of new equipment.
• Develop and mentor the engineering team and promote safety culture.
