HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead facilities and maintenance across the Derby site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high performance. You will oversee building systems, vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance while driving continuous improvement.

You will manage a team, coordinate maintenance and projects, optimise the central BMS dashboards, and secure best value through procurement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading facilities & maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, projects and contractors.
• Knowledge of SOPs and quality management standards.
• Continuous improvement mindset with data-driven approach.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience with Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities & maintenance team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and safety.
• Manage maintenance teams and contractors to high standards.
• Drive procurement, tendering and cost optimization.
